Finally all the control cables have been rebuilt.
We used approx 100 ft of aircraft spruce CONTROL CABLE 1/8 7X19 SS with copper Nicopress sleves.
The pulleys were replaced with the new style low friction ones (they have a bearing).
Some of the phenolic cable passage are original and were just cleaned.
I decided to install new turnbuckles, even if my mechanic was in favor of reusing the old ones. Safety wire will be installed in the future.
